Being a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria with fresh ingredients from the Campania region of Italy, I was very excited to try their menu. As I walk up to the entrance, it felt like I had entered Italy, passing through a beautiful courtyard complete with lime trees and fresh herbs growing along the pathway.

Stephen de Haan and Greg Grant apprenticed themselves to Pizzeria Mattozzi (established in 1830) and Pizzeria Da Attilio in Naples, Italy, for two months earlier this year, and earned certification from the Association of True Napoletana Pizza.
